This simple sentence has gotten me through more tough workouts, difficult yoga postures and just plain exhaustion than any sports drink, gear or gadget.
The first time I heard this was years ago in a hot yoga class. The room was packed, the heat was cranked and my muscles and more importantly, my brain, were simply not into it. Everything in my body was telling me to slack off, and I was about to until I heard this.

Now I’ll admit, a workout this is not, but it was a fun, active and a less sedentary way of spending a Saturday night. In some more intense rounds, I definitely got my heart rate up and the next morning, my triceps and shoulders were talking to me.
