Power-Up Snack: Oat Date Pancakes

This simple recipe is filling, tasty and makes a great breakfast or snack. Alternative Fitness: Axe Throwing Edition

Do you like to throw things? How about throwing sharp things at targets? Apparently, as discovered this past weekend at Toronto axe throwing venue, BATL, I really do.

Now I’ll admit, a workout this is not, but it was a fun, active and a less sedentary way of spending a Saturday night. In some more intense rounds, I definitely got my heart rate up and the next morning, my triceps and shoulders were talking to me.
